02 · Send Your Flowers

We'll send you shipping instructions. Your flowers are handled with the utmost care from the moment they arrive.

03 · Designed & Preserved

Every piece is handcrafted to your specifications. No two pieces are ever the same.

04 · Receive Forever

Your finished piece ships to your door. Turnaround time is 3–6 months depending on the piece and current order volume. Contact us for current availability.

Payment & Policy

How to Pay

💳 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Google Pay, and Cash App Pay securely via Square. Pay in 4 interest-free installments with Afterpay. A secure payment link will be sent at the time of your order.

💰 Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. The remaining balance is due before your finished piece ships. All sales are final on custom orders once production begins.

🌸 Flower Submission

Ship your flowers overnight within 24–48 hours after your event using UPS or FedEx for best preservation results. Shipping instructions and our mailing address will be provided after your deposit is received. Save your tracking information and label your box with your full name, order number, and callback phone number. For local Delaware clients a drop off or pickup can be arranged if shipping is not an option.

📦 Shipping

We ship nationwide from New Castle, Delaware. Shipping cost is calculated once your piece is complete based on the final size and weight. You will be invoiced for shipping before your order is sent out.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book?

We recommend reaching out 1–2 months before your event to confirm availability. Last minute requests are welcome — just reach out!

What is the turnaround time?

Our average turnaround is 3–6 months from when your flowers are received. This is because flowers must dry for 4–8 weeks before they can be placed in resin — this step is essential to ensure your piece stays beautiful and clear forever. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Can you preserve dried flowers?

Yes! We can work with pre-dried flowers. Once you place your order we will send specific handling and shipping instructions.

Will my flowers change color?

Not all flowers dry the same way. Reds can deepen, whites may turn ivory. We offer a color correction service for $100 if needed.

Will my piece last over time?

Yes! We use high quality resin designed for durability. Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and extreme heat to maintain clarity.

What if I cancel my order?

Cancellations within 48 hours of ordering receive a full refund. After 48 hours all sales are final. For orders $400 and above the 50% deposit is non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed.
